This hotel is located in the beautiful Hualien area, surrounded by stunning views and a well, maintained garden. the family, friendly amenities, including the in, room slide, indoor and outdoor pools. the friendly staff and clean room with amenities, such as refillable items, add to the pleasant stay.

One area this hotel could improve upon is the restaurant's crowded atmosphere during peak hours, which can make dining a less enjoyable experience.

The pools were nice and clean with a variety of temperatures and options to choose from. the room was tidy and had a lovely mountain view. the staff was friendly and welcoming, providing us with information about the facilities and the surrounding area. the location was convenient, close to restaurants and attractions.

The food was disappointing with limited options and below average quality. the gym was small, outdated, and not well equipped.

The Christmas decorations were really nice and we enjoyed the festive spirit. The indoor pool was huge and great for swimming. The location is great, being close to nature and offering great views of the mountains. We also enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs, which were warm and relaxing after a day of exploring the area.

The staff were not very helpful and seemed disinterested in helping us with our requests. The food was very average with limited options during Christmas.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel’s layout was unique and inviting, and the indoor swimming pool was superb. We enjoyed sipping drinks at the bar lounge, working out at the adequately equipped gym, and getting help from the friendly staff. The breakfast options catered to all tastes, and we enjoyed the evening semi-buffet meal at a great value. Additionally, the room was quiet with an excellent hot tub that offered spectacular mountain views. This hotel's cleanliness, facilities, transportation, location in Hualien, and staff were all exceptional.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with its luxurious facilities. the spa and wellness centre was top-notch, with various pools, saunas, and a steam room. the massage was incredible, and the service was impeccable. We were thrilled with the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as the sun loungers in the lovely garden area. The outdoor dining area was a fantastic spot to enjoy our meals, and the restaurant had an excellent selection of special diet menus. Cons: the only minor issue we found was with the manicure; it was not as great as we expected, and the beauty treatment was only average. this was only a small drawback compared to our overall fantastic experience.
